Loumars Cafe & Restaurant - Tagaytay Francisco

Well this resto is like a gem hidden in plain sight... Its located near the main road, doesnt look that much from the outside but the inside theme is superb! ... I really like the vibe and ambience of this place... Food is great as well, prices are reasonable also... Highly recommended!

Food tastes good with fair portions. They have this group meal set that changes based on the number of people and the viands and inclusions. The ambience of the place is very nice and has a lot of tables that I think can accommodate more people during peak time. The only downside of this is that on the cabanas where we stayed, there are a lot of mosquitoes and they didn't provide us with electric fan. As per the server it is not available. The place is overlooking the view of taal and there are so many instagramable spots where you can take your pictures. I love that their design is very close to nature with live animals such as fish and turtles. The parking is wide and somebody is also assisting outside whenever you need help. The overall experience is pretty decent. If you are looking for a place that can accommodate your family on a weekend getaway at tagaytay. This place is recommendable.

Loumar's Café and Restaurant offers a unique dining experience distinct from the typical Taal view spots. Instead, it features a charming view of a farm and kubo-style cottages, creating a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by trees. From the moment we walked in, we felt transported to a different place. 9/10 The food is both delicious and affordable. The bulalo was tender and perfectly seasoned. We also enjoyed the crispy tawilis, pork sisig, and tapang kabayo, which tasted very similar to beef tapa. 9/10 Service was excellent. Special kudos to the waiter who honestly informed us that the solo bulalo could serve three people and for the prompt service. The staff were very welcoming. 10/10

Our dining experience was great. We ordered a set meal for 1800 pesos good for 4. Considering we are 7 pax, the food was just enough and just ordered extra rice. Food was generous especially the Bulalo and Sisig. It was superb.

Place is clean Plenty of food choices Affordable Staffs are friendly Limited parking area They have plenty of areas to choose from. Their kubos and indoor areas are very clean and instagrammable! Food is 10/10

Less congested place. Foods are Worth it for the price. Big servings…. Good client practices. We ordered lomi which is good for 4-5 persons. Sobra sulit! Dami sahog

This was our second time at Loumar's Cafe and Restaurant. We really like their sisig—it’s flavorful. Their tawilis is crispy and tasty. The grilled squid tastes good but is a bit rubbery. As for their coffee, it’s also enjoyable. We absolutely love their tarts and even ordered a box of buko tarts to take home! For the ambiance, we really enjoy staying in their kubo. The climate is cool, just like in Tagaytay.
